Support your sustainability goals with cartridge recycling
Printer cartridge recycling is an important part of reducing waste in industrial printing. Videojet designs its ink and fluid products to support sustainable recycling practices.
Cartridges are packaged in cardboard from sustainably managed forests and can be easily recycled. In addition, empty Videojet printer cartridges offer multiple recycling options.
The outer shell is made of polypropylene (PP – recycling code 5), while the inner bladder is constructed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE – recycling code 2). These components are typically considered non-hazardous when empty. The septum cover is made of aluminum (ALU – recycling code 41) and can also be recycled.
Customers are encouraged to check local recycling guidelines to ensure proper disposal of each material.
Check with your local recycling agency for full disposal details.
